Kapalua Bay Villa 21G2

Amazing location. The views are gorgeous. Nearby beach was very windy during our April visit but still loved it. Kapalua beach is a 5 min drive away and it is amazing for snorkeling. Full kitchen is good for breakfast. Washer and dryer in the unit are very useful. TVs in every room.

While there are steps to negotiate, it’s all worth it for the amazing view. Big partially covered deck allowed us to be outside even when it decided to rain. Nice interior layout with very nice amenities. Parrish team quickly took care of a small problem we had with a smoke detector. Very friendly and responsive company.

Perfect for 2 couples! Views are wonderful & the location is perfect. Steps from the beach and walkable to restaurants. Although the condo was very clean, we did see several bugs in the kitchen.

This is one of our favorite places to visit and this beach front condo in West Maui was perfect for our holiday. The unit was well equipped, the views of the ocean (lots of whale sightings) and the nearby beaches were amazing. Perfect location for exploring all of West Maui. The property management team were friendly, responsive and very helpful during our visit. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Fabulous 180 degree view of Oneloa bay to Molokai

The property is exactly as advertised -- right on the shore with great views inside and from the lanai of the Pacific and Molokai. There is also direct access to a very nice beach and coastal hiking trail. Plenty of restaurants, stores and golf nearby. The property was clean and perfect for two adult couples. When we needed extra towels and onsite property manager was very responsive and helpful. We most like will return in the near future.

This villa is absolutely amazing. Very clean and had all the basic necessities for our stay. Beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion would be to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The lights from the villa parking were very bright. The Kapalua shuttle was great. Being able to take the shuttle to all Over the Kapalua property was very nice. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back.

The view was beautiful, the beach was steps away, and the villa had nice outdoor seating that blocked the wind. We had pre-sent a couple packages and they were already in our villa when we checked in. The management is very responsive and helpful. The villa was a bit dated, but felt clean. Some of the kitchen items need to be updated/replaced. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and no big issues.

On the ocean, steps from beach, great views and sounds of the waves. Unit clean with comfortable beds and wonderful accommodations. Very very nice!

Listen to the waves all day and night! Feel like you are hovering over the cliffs, looking down into the deep blue sea. Just steps away from the staircase to Oneolona Beach. Walk the Kapalua trail. In the spring, the whales drift by. In the summer, watch for rainbows almost every day. Very comfortable house with all the supplies and extra bathrooms needed.

We have stayed in Bay Villas 3 different times, in different units. By far this is the best unit in the complex!! True, true Ocean Front, it does not get better.

We loved our stay in Kapalua Bay. The view was unbeatable. We could’ve spent every day at this property and the surrounding beaches and been perfectly happy.

My husband and twin sons (17) had a great time at this condo. The location truly was the best of all the units- panoramic unobstructed views of the ocean. The two sliding doors really made it feel open. The bathrooms were huge. The condo was immaculate when we arrived. We will definitely be staying at this unit again. The gated entrance and private beach was great. Highly recommend! They need to update the video with current pics of decor and furniture. The pictures are updated-

For the view, this large 2bdrm unit 21G2 has the absolute best unobstructed views of the beach & ocean. 2nd visit here & always an amazing etherial visit; daily rainbows, amazing sunsets over Molokai & it was May, so every day there was a wedding on the beach to watch; 18 in all during our 2wk visit. The unit is very clean but problem with roaches daily in dining rm/lvg rm & running around bath countertops & on bedrm dresser; great bath towels & toiletries; kitchen wares are top notch [we cooked often due to pandemic]; super comfy beds but time for bedding to be changed out; and two chairs in log rm are fried by the sun & need to be trashed. The dining room & large anai are best places to sit & enjoy the views. Mgmt company always helpful; exterior property well kept up, everywhere neat & tidy. Great to walk over to Montage Resort for drinks-meals-pool and Kapalua Beach is fantastic! We look forward to a 3rd return visit to this unit! Aloha~

We loved staying at Kapalua Bay Villa 21G2! It doesn't get more "ocean front" than this location! From sunrises to sunsets, this very clean and beautiful villa offers the best that the Kapalua Bay Villas have to offer! We have stayed with many units managed by Aloha Vacation Villas and this is the best yet!

We have been coming to Kapalua for 25 years and this is one of the best views of all the Kapalua Villas!! Right above the beach and walking trail, so it was really convenient. The unit was well stocked and clean. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

We again stayed in this property--and had returned because it is such an exceptional setting and property. Highly recommend it for the amenities, the setting, how well it is maintained, and the whales that entertain out the windows! When we called for assistance, the manager responded directly. We snorkeled, swam, boogie-boarded, walked all around the property and enjoyed ourselves. We look forward to returning!

We love Kapalua Bay Villas and this home was top-of-the-line! It was extremely clean and updated. We loved all of the outdoor space that many of the other villas do not have. Our only complaint is that the shower heads need to be replaced. They are nice and new but they spread the water out so much that you cannot get good pressure and in the small bathroom the water actually sprays outside of the shower because it is so spread out. Other than that, we loved this place and would definitely rent it again.

3 adults spent 28 days relaxing, cooking, walking, etc. It was amazing that so few people were there as compared to several years prior. I can't say enough about the on site Manager, Jake. EVERY time we had a small need it was done cheerfully and immediately. Now if Jake could control the weather:)

Perfect place for our family of 5 to stay and relax. Amazing views and only steps from a sandy beach. Close to many areas to snorkel and restaurants to eat. Felt very clean and reasonable in price.

Another couple and my wife and I splurged and stayed at this beautiful but very expensive condo for the week, primarily for it's close proximity to and beautiful views of the beach shown on the rental pics. Before arriving, I got an email that there would be exterior work that shouldn't last a day. Assuming it was only one day, we weren't concerned. When we arrived, there was scaffolding and equipment around one side of the condo, which blocked the view from 1 of 2 master suites and partially blocked view from dining room, and which remained for entire visit. Workers were onsite all day M-Thur, sometimes on the lanai, and making it awkward at times. By midweek, I sent an email with pics complaining about the work and loss of views, and requested some compensation. I got a prompt reply offering an apology, excuses that it's out of their control, and a (frankly condescending) suggestion that I should be getting out and enjoying Maui. But no compensation or even offer of a free meal. I understand they may not have control over upgrades and maintenance, but they have full control over price and partial refund.

On a positive note, when someone isn't working on your lanai, there is a beautiful view of and easy access to Oneloa Beach, which I appreciated as an avid open water swimmer and snorkeler.

Lots of ants, but I'm assuming that's due to location.

We had good time despite the issue, but we feel cheated.

Since there is no guarantee that you get what you paid for, I can not recommend this condo.

We booked this villa for our Thanksgiving vacation. The villa was right on the ocean, the sound of the waves crashing down surrounds you. The condo was nice. The furniture was visually nice but not very comfortable. After spending a long day out all you want to do is come back and sink into the sofa and relax, not on this couch though. The bed and linens were a little basic too, I’d expect something a little more luxurious for the price you pay. At least the sound of the ocean was relaxing.

It was wonderful! The Aloha group Stacey, and Jeff. Sorry forgetting name of other man who was also helpful. Beautiful view! Ocean roar!! Not an issue with doors closed . Only problem there is a light outside the window of the 2nd master suite. The blinds could not stop all of the light. Tried to turn it off at night but not in house control. Enough light to disturb sleep

The condo was clean, well maintained, and well-appointed -- and the scenery was awe-inspiring. Views of Molokai, technicolor rainbows, and whales breaching during breakfast. Right by the coastal trail, convenient to the Montage Spa and a fabulous snorkeling beach. One of our best vacations ever.

Surprised by new furniture this year. Nice! Well stocked. On site Manager, Jake, was a gem. We needed a oouple things and he had them to us in minutes! GREAT service, Spraying inside has kept bugs to minimum. I recall in the past getting clean linens once (at 2 weeks) this year it was weekly. Only thing that would make it better is when linen is changed to vac and mop. We did it. I think the unit sat for a couple weeks because upon arrival there were a collection of small bugs that we had to vac. PERFECT PLACE with everything needed. We'll be back.

Very nice location directly on ocean with no obstructed views. We enjoyed opening the floor-to-ceiling windows each day to give the unit an open air feeling. We loved being steps away from the stairs down to the beach. And for those particularly windy days, we even took advantage of the pool area to take in some sun. The pool area was a very lovely, clean space. Finally, we had top rate assistance from the concierge before we began our trip. She was invaluable in scheduling all of our adventures!!

Love the location of the condo unit! Best of the bay villas.

From the very start, this location was breath taking. Beautiful views from every where inside and outside the residence. Open the large sliding glass widows to the ocean air and sound of waves coming in was our favorite part of the location. It was also very quite and relaxing and the beach below was never crowded. We also got to see a lot of sea turtles. The residence was very clean and well supplied with beach towels, beach chairs, dish soap, laundry detergent, and a washer and dryer in the residence. The home felt large and roomy for a condominium. Both bedrooms were big as well and had there own en-suite bathrooms which were also very nice and big. It has a half bath as well. The staff was very welcoming and on call if we needed. I can’t say enough about Aloha Vacation Rentals. Best stay yet for our family on Maui. It was far enough away from all the congested resort locations but close enough to drive to shopping and other beaches. The best place we ate for casual dining was The Pizza Connection about a 10 minute drive away. We had a great time,

Our stay was absolutely great! The Villa is exactly as described, clean and well-maintained. The one time I called the manager, he responded directly and helped out. I fully recommend this Villa to others—if only to watch the whales from the property! It is a wonder-full place.

PERFECT location and view. Watched whales, walked the beach/rocks, and enjoyed our month. Weather turned for one of the weeks but the angry ocean was fun to watch and indoor movies, cooking, games filled the time. A couple kitchen items missing but basically well stocked. If I managed/owned I'd consider monthly renters getting a complete clean half way through. Should have book of restaurants/menus; local spas (versus the very expensive neighboring (we found a great one) and travel ideas.

We had an awesome time on Maui, the condo was great and the location was breathtaking. I would certainly recommend this unit, it was exceptional.

We thoroughly enjoyed this unit. it was nicely decorated, great finishes and the patio enclosure was perfect for Kapalua. We will try to rent this unit every time we come back.

property location awesome but upstairs neighbors a nightmare! 4 of our nights ruined by them cranking their music! a couple broken blinds, old groceries left in fridge, some dead roaches-not kept up like the unit we had last year but great location

We loved staying at this villa while at Kapalua. 2 Solid bedrooms with their own full bathrooms + an extra bathroom. The best views on the planet. Unobstructed from south to North. The unit was in great condition and came stocked with towels and linens, and beach chairs. Great kitchen and the dining room views are the best. It was just fantastic. Can't recommend it highly enough. Even when we had a chirp from one of the fire alarms, one of the maintenance folks showed up within the hour to fix it. Great service too!

This is the 3rd year that we have stayed in this unit and love the location and beautiful views! The interior furniture and décor could be updated to give the condo a cleaner, fresher, updated feel.

The view from this house is the best on the property. We enjoyed the large sliding glass doors that open fully so we could enjoy the sound of the ocean. The area is away from large tourist crowds, but close to the Ritz and Montage if you want to enjoy dinner or cocktails in the evening. Our family would stay here again.

Pros: Great view, easy check in and check out, did I mention the great view?!

Cons: cockroaches and other bugs... not an infestation but quite a few present! Also, terrible WiFi internet router and no phone signal inside the house.

Gorgeous oceanfront location steps from the beach; beautiful, well-maintained unit with well stocked kitchen and two master-size bed/bath - wonderful layout for two couples or a family. Could not have had a better stay and Aloha Vacation Villas staff was great - even did our pre-arrival grocery shopping! Will definitely stay in this unit again!

This villa was a great choice for my family of four. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking, including all the basic seasonings and cooking oil--all you need are groceries. This came in handy for our breakfasts each morning, snacks, and lunch one day. The bathrooms were very nice; each room having its own master bath, plus an additional bathroom with shower. We chose this unit because of the proximity to the beach, which was not crowded at all, even on spring break! We had the best views of the ocean and the walking trail was just steps away. This area seemed very windy but we just drove 20 min south for some calmer surfing and shopping while there. No need to pack beach towels as they were also provided. There is a grocery store as well as restaurants conveniently located and can be accessed via the shuttle that runs through Kapalua. We would definitely rent this unit again if we ever plan a return trip to Maui.

Your jaw will drop when you walk into this condo and see the view! We immediately walked straight over to the sliding wall of doors and stepped outside. You are almost suspended over the crashing waves of the ocean! In March, there are whales going by! The interior of the condo is lovely, clean and very spacious. We stayed there with two teenaged boys and it felt very luxurious !

Our rental unit was fantastic. Breathtaking views of the ocean. The pictures are actually not even as good as the actual view when you get there. I don't know if pictures can capture how nice the view is, the sound of the ocean, Molokai off in the distance, etc. It's maybe two minute walk or so from the beach. Oneloa beach is a quiet beach, not many people on it ever. Can get wavy though, great for boogie boarding, but sometimes was too rough to be in and enjoy it, can get windy. Great family beach for kids that want to boogie board and snorkel, we had sea turtles literally swim up to us at the beach and the snorkeling at the rocks was very good. Beautiful cliffs just off to the left. Sunrise and sunset was awesome. Tons of room in the unit, bathrooms were big. We had 5 people, three teenage kids and we had plenty of room in the unit. Pool was very nice, Tennis courts, grill at the pool. Two minutes to the Bay Course. Would stay in this unit again in a second. Only negatives were at times you have people walking right in front of your patio to go to the beach, and it was pretty windy when we were there. Also, Kapalua's location means a little bit of a drive to go anywhere else on Maui, but we love the location. We had one issue with the garbage disposal leaking, we texted the property manager and had someone out there within minutes. Maintenance staff was courteous and responsive. Felt totally comfortable that if we had issues they would be taken care of right away. The disposal was replaced the next morning and it was all good. The place was clean, had basic flatware and cooking. Rug in main room needs replacing. Plenty of restaurants, groceries, snorkel gear rental, etc. within minutes. Great 1.7 mile walking trail right in front of the unit, easy to hop on and walk, or run. We walked to Merriman's and had a great dinner there. Overall, hard to beat the unit, location, the beach, the responsiveness of property management, and the Kapalua area in general.

This is our 2nd year staying in this condo and probably our 10th visit to Kapalua. We love this unit because it has the best view of any of the Bay Villas in our opinion....just beautiful!!! We have already booked our return visit for next year. The property was clean and the management company provided excellent service and was very responsive to our few requests throughout our stay. As we mentioned in our comments last year, the only areas that need improvement would be that the bedding and the rug in the main living area are very old and need upgrading. We would definitely recommend the property to anyone who loves a panoramic ocean view. We love taking long walks, going to Oneloa and Kapalua Bays and eating at Taverna and Merrimans.

A great location and nicely appointed. Kitchen has plenty of dishes. Only shortcomings were a lack of spoons and a full length mirror. Have to haul luggage down a flight of steps so if that is an issue this might not be the best place. Basically two master bedrooms. Management was very responsive with any issues.

A great oceanfront property. The Kapalua area was fairly windy- not sure if it is always this way or just the time of year-November.

This condo may have the best views in the whole Bay Villas complex. The condition was very nice, it was very clean and well kept. Kitchen and baths were updated nicely, washer/dryer was nice. The location is awesome, a 2 minute walk down to a beach, 2 minutes down to the Coastal Trail, easy walk to Merrimans, Kapalua Bay beach, and others.

The villa was beautiful as always, and the windows were nice and clean this time - The maintenance guy (forgot his name) was pleasant, professional, and helpful - But we had no hot water in the master bedroom until Monday, and we left Tuesday morning - And as usual there were lots of ants, especially in the master bedroom

We loved the beautiful views from every room in this condo! The location of this unit is perfect and it is very open and spacious. We have already booked it again for next year same time. The unit is very well equipped (love having the washer/dryer!) and the property management company was very responsive in every way. The bedding and central rug could be updated but other than that, the unit was very clean when we arrived and is perfect for a nice relaxing vacation...a true home away from home.

Only concern was there needs to be more kitchen supplies like cups and plates and utensils. Yes like other people have said there are critters. **** roaches,ants and a centipede. But when we went to the beach below we saw those same critters everywhere.(except centipede)Its the environment there and I accept that. Condo is very beautiful. Laying in bed you will hear the waves crashing constantly. The location is absolutely perfect. Highly recommend this beautiful villa and management company was very professional.

Great place to stay. Bay villas are an amazing property. This unit is right in front of the water on the cliff adjacent to a beautiful beach. Short 3 min walk down to the beach. Awesome that you can hear the waves crashing all night. Kapalua can get windy at times but the lanai is covered and protected on 3 sides so blocks a lot of the wind. First floor unit was ideal as we could walk off the lanai to a large grassy noll and down to the closest pool. Management company was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

This was a very nice rental in a beautiful location. We chose this spot because the views looked incredible from the pictures and the condo did not disappoint. The bathrooms with walk-in showers were very spacious. The only downside was the ants and cockroaches that kept appearing inside each day. But it was all about the views for us and the easy access to the uncrowded beach below.

Location,location,location...the best location in Kapalua!

We had a fabulous time at Kapalua in this villa! We recommend it, but with these cautions, based on comparisons to comparable properties in Kapalua and on Maui. This kitchen needs a few more dishes and flatware in order for four people to eat between dishwasher loads, and there were no condiments at all in the villa when we arrived. The location cannot be surpassed--the best Kapalua has. Enjoy!

Nice views, but at this time of year it was extremely windy and not much sun on the lanai. We have stayed in Kapalua villas before but have never experienced as many ants, roaches, and spiders than in this unit. The bugs died due to spraying but maintenance should find out were they are getting into the unit. Without all the bug problems this would be a great unit as it had great views and close to the pool and beach.

Thank you Marty of Aloha Vacations! We had a marvelous experience. This condo was amazing. Had unobstructed ocean views from the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom and the secondary Bedroom. The Patios off the dining room, living room and master bedroom and secondary bedroom allows for everyone to enjoy a separate experience if wanted. This very spacious villa was so clean so inviting and absolutely updated met all of needs. We have been to the Big Island, Oahu, and Maui several times but this experience was fantastic. The privacy, the 5 star amenities, the un-crowded beach. The double rainbow just out side our unit that ended in front of our unit into the water was breathtaking. We had a couple items needed when we first arrived we called management Lonnie Biddix Jr. and Lonnie Biddix Sr. took care of our needs immediately and they were offsite! Our experience with Aloha Vacations was so impressive, so professional we are booking through them again for next year 🙂

There were dirty dishes, glasses, and pots & pans. There was mold on the ice maker and refrigerator. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. The air conditioner and the TV in the master bedroom didn\'t work. There were roaches throughout. Broken blind in the kitchen that obscured the sunset.

21G!amazing views, beautiful sunrise and sunsets. sandy beach a few steps away. Condo layout nice. Photos are correct. 2 separate bedrooms, 3 baths, washer/dryer. full kitchen with all the extras. plenty of plates and wine glasses. Cards, board games, books, binoculars were a nice home touch. loved the covered outdoor dining area and the other patios off both bedrooms. beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels were available for use. Parking lot was nice. Pools were warm and had beautiful views. BBQ available at pool. The only improvement is for us to stay longer and needed coffee for the coffee pot. 21G Loved it!Thanks.

My family and I come to the islands often and have stayed at several locations, and although all have been nice, this amazing condo and location took the prize! It was spacious, upscale and the location was amazing! We could see both the sunrises and sunsets! We could watch the sea turtles right there on the beach in front of us and the indoor/outdoor living was fantastic! The beds were very comfy and the unit had all we needed to make this an amazing family reunion (we all had a total of 4 units for a family of 19, I must admit I loved our unit the most)! Thanks to everyone at Aloha vacations for being so helpful and responsive to our questions! Mahalo!

The rental was wonderful. I hadn't ever used vrbo and was unsure if I would receive what I thought. I did and more. If I had a complaint it was the grounds crew driving golf carts in front of the villa. It was annoying when I wanted to be on the lanai. I counted one day they went by 20 times. If u are standing by the rail you could extend your arm and touch them. Of course I didn't. I finally asked if they could use a different path when we were present. They did. But it was a fantastic place to stay. Thank you. Overall very satisfied, property was clean and everything I had read and more.

This rental was exactly what we were looking for! A beautiful view of a quiet beach, but all attractions, restaurants, shopping were very close and convenient. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Maui.

When we drove up to the condo we knew we had found paradise! The location is outstanding, the waterfront beautiful. It was exactly like the photos show. A few glitches... The phone didn't work. We had no dishsoap. The washer had an odour and the dryer didn't dry at all. That being said, maintenance did come out twice to try and fix the dryer. They also gave us clean towels since the machines weren't working well. It certainly wasn't a deal breaker and I am confident the washer/dryer will be repaired/replaced. We also got an air mattress for our son instead of a rollaway. We had paid for a rollaway. I didn't love the fact that he had to sleep on the floor knowing the unit gets sprayed for bugs, nor did the mattress hold air very well. They told us they had no rollaways left. Otherwise a great stay! The condo itself was outstanding. We saw whales everyday from our large lanai. If you stood inside the condo and looked out it almost felt like you were on a ship. The window walls opened to the view and there is a covered portion on the lanai to protect you from the wind/sun. A glass railing would have been preferred just to take in the amazing view. The beds (other than the air mattress) were incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms well accomodated and large. The beach below is not really a swimming beach. We didn't have high expectations for this as we had read about it prior to arriving. It was still beautiful though and the kids couldn't get enough of the boogie boarding on the beach. There were always people on the beach (not isolated as I had read) and there were even wedding photos done here on a couple of occasions. The location in Kapalua is green and lush but along with that came a bit of rain and alot of wind the first couple of days. The rain was overnight or very early in the morning and the wind picked up in the afternoon. It was a bit of a drive to get anywhere but we were glad to finally experience this area as it is so beautifu

We were very happy to be in a condo that had direct views of the ocean and a short walk to the beach. The condo was well laid out and both bedroom suites were beautiful. The coffee pot is old and could use an update. The air conditioning unit in the main part of the condo did not work well, so we kept the doors and windows open. With the cross ventilation we were comfortable. Each bedroom suite had its own A/C unit and those worked fine.

The views from this location are spectacular. We saw whales every day of our adventure. The kitchen was stocked with enough basic utensils to cook and others had left a few items in the pantry to round out our needs. The beach was a short distance from our unit. It was a delightful location to play in the water. The only disappointment was the cleanliness of the floor. Our feet were dirty after an hour of our arrival. Everything else was clean.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this condo and it was our best vacation ever! The location has to be the most desirable spot at Kapalua. The condo was very clean and met our needs exactly. There were suggestions on things to do, where to eat and shopping ideas. Our days flew by and oh, what memories we have!! Be back soon, aloha.

Stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. We felt we had the best view because our patio extended out further then any other condo and we could see the beach and a beautiful cove. Just a short walk from the patio to the beach.

Overall the Bay Villa was an amazing place to stay for our family. The location to the beach and walking trails was perfect. The Villa was very nice, refrigerator leaked but was not a show stopper. We had some ants but it is tropical, called for spraying and they came asap. Otherwise the villa was very clean. I would stay there again.

We stayed her for a little over a week. Love Kapalua and love this unit. Location was great, very close to the beach. Our kids (15, 13, 9) spent a ton of time playing on the beach, body surfing, boogie boarding and cliff jumping (which was a little walk away). There were also sea turtles every afternoon which were amazing to see. Wish we would have bought a kite to fly! Great walks and we were really glad it was such an easy walk to the General Store and restaurants. The pool was terrific too, but we really only used it a few times. The grassy area outside the pool was a great spot for us to throw a baseball and kick a soccer ball. Good WiFi was great too given ages of our kids! Only negatives were: 1 - Shower heads had very weak water pressure, very disappointing, felt like you were in a 2 star hotel. 2 - There were 3 A/C thermostats in the unit. One unit did not seem to be cooling. The issue appeared to be addressed the next day after we called, which was great. However, that one room still never seemed to get really cool. Overall, extremely happy would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui/Kapalua!

The villa is in a great location with a jaw-dropping view. It is clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable with everything in working order. The complex pool is nice and well maintained. The concierge was very helpful in arranging a helicopter ride at a reduced rate and gave us information on other activities as well. Love that villa guests get reduced green fees at the Kapalua courses. The only downside was that there was work being done at the villa next door and golf carts were running by the patio 20 or more times per day. I talked to the property manager about it and he inquired about the issue and was told that was the only way for them to get to the unit. I seriously doubt that was the case. They can park by the front door where the road is and walk down like everyone else. It was VERY annoying and we had no privacy beginning before 8am. Hopefully the work is done soon and future guests will have some privacy.

While pricey, this Villa lived up to all expectations. If you are looking for a quiet place with all the amenities, this is it.

Clean property, everything in working order. Had a few minor issues with door lock which required a few phone calls with property manager. Very good response and assistance. Excellent property. Would definitely return.

Great villa for family with kids or friends. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Lahaina, The Ritz, and The Spa at Kapalua. The beach was perfect and only steps away. If we ever get to Maui again we will stay at this unit.

We have been I coming to Maui yearly for over 20 years, most of the time staying in the Bay Villas. This is an excellent unit, in great condition and wonderful views, especially of sunrise. The management company was very responsive. When we arrived there were some small pineapple ants in the kitchen and they were quick to get someone over to the unit to spray. After that the ants were gone. The other thing about this unit that we enjoyed was the beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. We also enjoyed the little extras that the unit provided like the coolers, games and boogie boards. We will definitely try to book this unit again. Vicki and Jake were great to work with!

The location was perfect! Just steps away from the beach. The bay next door had very good snorkeling. We swam with several turtles. Honolua Bay was a short drive, excellent snorkeling. An awesome view made cooking something to look forward to. It's hard to pull yourself off of the lanai, and with the the large sliding glass doors open you never feel like you're indoors. We'll definitely be back!!

If you like to hear breaking surf and hike a good trail from your lanai, then this is a great condo for your Maui stay. It is in close range of great golf, shopping and the Road to Hana.

Wonderful upgraded condo, great location. Kapalua is a great location, gardens well maintained and great free shuttle service. The only suggestion would be to have operating manuals for the TV and washer and dryer.

This unit has to be the best location on the resort as their is nothing blocking your view, and it is literally right above the beach! We had a wonderful stay and already are trying to plan when we can come back. If you are staying at the Bay Villas, this unit is the one you want!

The unit we rented initially was under repair, and Jake took care of us nicely by moving us into a super unit. We had a problem w the dryer, he was on that as well. Great experience, we will be back without question

This was our first time renting a villa over the web and so we did not really know what to expect. Wow! We couldn't have dreamt of a better place to stay. The location is stunning - with a 180 degree uninterrupted view of the ocean - the sunrise and sunsets are spectacular. Our 14 year-old daughter and her friend could get to the sandy beach below by walking 10 yards to a set of stairs that went straight there. The villa itself is like living in your own house - everything is there, all to an incredibly high standard. The villa came with boogie boards, flippers and masks/snorkels. There's a communal pool with a Weber BBQ. A couple of nights we cooked at home and watched the Olympics. Other nights we went to the myriad range of great restaurants close by (Sea House, Merriman are great) or went into Kaanapali. We swam with turtles, saw dolphins/flying fish; did the 5-leg zipline; took a helicopter tour; played golf and parasailed. The weather started our rainy and finished in glorious sunshine. We're definitely coming back. It's a no brainer and Just amazing.

The properties with their amenities, spacious interiors, and eqipment exceeded our expectations. And the few.....awesome. Our family was "blown away" when we walked in for the first time.

We were only at the Bay Villa for 8 nights....glorious days and nights! The view was splendid...unbelievable sunrises. We appreciate the professionals who made our stay possible....especially Vicki and Marty. They answered my calls immediately and were so helpful and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kapalua Bay villas! It was roomy, clean, quiet. We loved hearing the ocean waves crashing all day and night. It was delightful. We didn't need air conditioning, even though they have it there. There are lots of slat windows that bring in a beautiful ocean breeze. There is the Sea House restaurant which is delicious and close enough to walk, swimming pools on the property are beautiful, and you can walk to several beaches including the one that is right outside your window. Our only complaint was that the next door neighbor came sneaking around back while I was taking a nap to tell me the light outside was left on by the previous renter and it was shining in her room. It was a little weird that she didn't use the front door to tell us that. But other than that the place feels very secluded.

This is a great condo

We arrived to a note on the dishwasher: \"Dishwasher does not work.\" Not a good start to a vacation. The management guys were easy to reach and very responsive, but despite this, the issue persisted. Doing dishes on vacation, after paying pretty strong prices for \"the best\" place? After doing dishes and being patient about a possible fix for a couple of days, we finally gave up. I asked management guys to provide a maid to do dishes. They agreed and she helped, but this still is less than ideal, dealing with a maid showing up while you\'re there, or trying to stack dishes and avoid ants, etc., in anticipation of her arrival. The dishwasher got fixed on our last day there. The wind howled most of our trip. The patio furniture would literally blow to the corner of the patio. Without the railing, it would have just blown away. The kids could not hold onto a boogie board. Down in Lahaina, we would find it calm, hot and sunny, only to return to Kapalua to find it cool, cloudy, and windy. I really think Kapalua is too far on the NW corner of Maui for it to be calm enough. The management company said the Ritz had an agreement with the Bay Villas to share their pool. Not the case. We were asked to leave the pool area and not allowed to order food, etc. We were told the agreement had been cancelled. All in all... wasn\'t the best vacation I\'ve spent in Hawaii. Thank goodness we were with good friends who were great to hang with, the kids are mega-compatible, so we were able to have good fellowship and made some nice memories.

Great Condo with great views . Contained all that we needed for a relaxing six week stay. See you next year.

This villa is absolutely the best villa to stay in Maui! The villa was clean, well stocked, superb view, beachfront, oceanfront, nice furniture, and everything you want in a villa. I found this unit through VRBO and it is served by Aloha Vacations. Jake and Victoria were wonderful during the whole trip. They both were extremely prompt in returning emails; they were extremely professional. The pictures are accurate but do not really show the beauty this villa has to offer. It is so much more than the pictures. We stayed with another couple and it was roomy enough for everyone and very private. It has basically two master suites. We have visited Maui three times and this is by far the best part of the island to stay on and the best villa to stay at. Thank you to the owners for renovating this place so beautifully! We woke up to sunrises and watched the sunsets. We saw a beautiful rainbow and two shooting stars. There are great snorkeling opportunities at the beaches. They provide beach towels and wifi. We had the groceries delivered and it was well stocked and displayed upon our arrival which was wonderful. There is so much to enjoy and see you really need two weeks! THANK YOU for a FABULOUS STAY. Splendid house, beautiful views, and to top it of a round at the Plantation Golf Course. Loved it.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and we truly did not want to leave. The villa itself is beautiful - exceptionally clean and updated. This is undeniably the best place we have ever stayed. From the comfort on the indoors to the beautiful scenery outdoors, this is the villa to stay in! In our opinion, this particular villa's location cannot be beat. The lanai is huge and the unobstructed ocean and island views are beyond incredible. The walking path and beach access are literally right in front of you. The owner has supplied boogie boards and snorkel gear and because this is a Gold villa, you will have access to the Ritz Carlton pool which we took advantage of. We did spend one day at the villa's pool which we thoroughly enjoyed as well. There are 2 pools conveniently located near this villa. Overall, we cannot say enough about this place. It exceeded our expectations in every way!

We stayed here for 3 nights but wished we booked for longer. The villa was in perfect condition - exceptionally clean and updated. Our view was beyond incredible and I truly believe this unit has the best location of all the ocean front villas. The ample size of the lanai and the views that came along with it made us never want to leave the villa. This is absolutely the best place we have every stayed in. We were a little disappointed that the unit wasn't set up for internet access yet but it was a minor issue for us. We would highly recommend this villa and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

You could not ask for a better property. Incredible views, spacious layout, immaculate furnishings, steps to the beach ... only drawback is that the unit is positioned on an extremely windy bluff.

The house had a beautiful view from the dining room and was very comfortable to stay at. Loved the beach right outside. Made our vacation perfect.

We have been to Kapalua several times in the past. We booked this rather last minute with Jake at Aloha and it turned out to be a great spot for us again. The condo will be even better in the future since it was sold to a new owner just before we arrived! The new owner will be replacing and upgrading things we were told. For us, the view was spectacular, the kitchen was adequately stocked for some meal preparation, and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. Aloha Vacation Villas provided us with incredible customer service and we can say "you will love your visit and they will make sure your time on Maui and Kapalua is everything you would hope for!" The view of 21G will stay in your memory for a many years!! Plus, the steps to the beach are just moments away.

The only problem we had was that one of the A/C units was out and never got fixed in our six days. We understand the unit now has a different owner and this should fix the problem. Overall, highly recommended!
