We loved our Kapalua stay. After over 40 years coming to Maui, this was the most beautiful and relaxing visit we’ve had. What a great team that took care of us. We’ve already booked a return.
Great Kapalua Bay Villa!!
We’ve stayed in various Kapalua Bay Villas over the years, but the first time for us in this particular unit and it didn’t disappoint. The views, especially from the master bedroom are fantastic. From whale watching to watching the surfers on Oneloa Bay it’s just a perfect location to just kick back and chill!! This was a last minute getaway to get out of the cold of the mainland and what absolutely made the trip come together was the great help with everyone at Parrish!! From Robin helping on my initial reservation to Andrea, from guest service, keeping me informed of any changes and updates. Everything went great!! I would definitely recommend the Kapalua Bay Villas, this unit, and working directly with the Parrish team.

The location is unreal….
overall this is a piece of heaven on earth, no doubt… 5 days not enough… can’t wait to come back….
Location Location Location!
This place exceeded our expectations. Close to the pool, great walking paths and the beach is just steps away. We will be back!
Views and whales for miles
The property is just as described - in an outstanding location just above Oneloa beach. The proximity of the Kapalua Coastal Trail just below is handy and we walked on it almost daily around the point to get full, unobstructed views of the sunsets. We didn\'t need an alarm, the sunrise woke us each day. The property was clean and well-appointed. We would definitely stay here again.
Peaceful & relaxing getaway with unreal views!
We absolutely loved our stay here at the villas. We would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a remote, non-hotel, vacation vibe. The views the second you walk in truly do take your breath away. We had plans to drive around the island and go visit other beaches, but we found ourselves wanting to stay at our condo and enjoy the beach just steps below the villa!
The villa had everything you needed in the kitchen to cook, which we did most nights and very thankful to have that. It was very well equipped with bath towels, beach chairs, beach towels, etc.
I think the only real negative for us was the master bed was a bit uncomfortable and might need time for an upgrade or a good pad because it seems to be sinking in.
We saw a few bugs, and foot traffic by the stairs near us, but we knew we were staying at the beach where there could be bugs and people walking by so that didn't really bother us! There's a lot of windows... which we loved!
We are already starting to plan our next trip back to this villa because we believed it was the best one in the Bay Villas!

Anniversary trip
The security door code would not work when we arrived and the cellphone service was spotty so we couldn't call out. Had to drive around to find someone to help us make a call. There were about three sets of steps down to unit and no elevator for bringing luggage back and forth, groceries, etc. and had to park the car way up in a parking lot. Cellphone service terrible the whole time so hard to reach the shuttle when we needed a ride. The unit lacked amenities - condiments, basics like aluminum foil and saran wrap. Other high end units we've stayed in do nice touches like a bottle of wine in the refrigerator, etc. The view is definitely the best part.
We always appreciate when our guests are kind enough to take the time to leave comments about their stay. It is this valuable feedback that allows us to hone our service offering to ensure we are always providing the best possible experience.
Just as important, it gives us an opportunity to respond with clarification for the benefit of future guests.
Our booking system generates access codes automatically. The code provided in the arrival instructions for this guest was valid. When she contacted the onsite manager, he met her at the door and assisted her with entering her access code. We are always happy to help.
Cell phone coverage can be spotty depending on your service provider. The major companies like Verizon and ATT have no issues.
There are 17 steps down from the parking lot located directly behind the building. You may pull your car right up to the building to load and unload luggage. We also provide, at no charge, assistance with your bags, if needed, and at a moment's notice 😉
We do not provide anything consumable including alcohol for a number of reasons. Food storage containers, quality paper products, soaps and detergents are provided. Food storage wrap is not. If you wish to order some grocery items, including wine, to be delivered to your villa just prior to your arrival and for your exclusive use, We provide this service at no charge. This is a 5 star property located in a 5 star resort. We welcome you to experience it 🙂
Post covid quarantine heavan on earth
everything went smoothly, the unit is perfectly located except the steps to the beach are right in front, so you have a lot of foot traffic parading in front of your unit, therfore not a private as one would hope. nonetheless we had a great time and would visit it again.
Dream Vacation Come True
The view was breathtaking. Suite was well appointed, immaculate and comfortable. Listening to the waves every night was delightful. Shuttle service was easy to use and very convenient. We enjoyed dinner at Taverna and would recommend it. Played the Bay Course twice and the vistas were amazing. Aloha Vacation Villas took care of our restaurant and golf course reservations before we arrived. We would certainly use them for our next trip and recommend them to others.
Oceans for Miles
Loved this property - views were the biggest selling point for us. Only issue I had was the stairs - I have mobility issues and didn’t see any mention of stairs in photos or description. However we did love the villa - very comfortable.
2 weeks in 21g5
Great location,the high point is the master bedroom upstairs. The downside is there is no ventilation in the condo, two windows, one in the kitchen and one in the upstairs bedroom. There are no screens on the doors so you had to keep them closed, great ocean breezes and no way to enjoy them. Condo could use some upgrading of equipment and furniture.
While this property has only had 5 star reviews, the owner feels there is always room for improvement 🙂 She has recently added some new furnishings, accessories, and floor coverings. In the kitchen, a new set of All-Clad cookware and additional kitchen equipment.. The property is pristine! The location is the best on resort. It has central Air throughout with multiple climate zones. The doors are not designed to have screens. While we are located in the Tropics, the warm island trade winds keep flying insects at bay. This is one of the few places you can truly enjoy indoor and outdoor living, at any time of day; without slathering on the insect repellent 🙂 We encourage our travelers to read all the reviews for this property. It is a rare and exceptional find. We invite you to experience it!

Two weeks in paradise
Great two weeks vacation. Didn’t want to leave! Bay Villas was the perfect place to stay, quiet and relaxing. The villa was clean and well stocked. Bay Villa staff were responsive to any questions or issues.

5 Stars...but...
This was a wonderful condo...loved the location, the layout, the interior furnishings. Everything! Just wonderful vacation rental EXCEPT the coach roaches! They were crawling all over our feet on the patio at night...they were on the towels and in the shower in the lower bathroom, they were in the living room and even in the kitchen sink. We called maintenance the next morning and they were very responsive and sprayed that day while we were out. Of course, then we had dead coach roaches everywhere for several days (but better than live!). Maintenance mentioned that they only spray quarterly - obviously it should be done monthly. We had absolutely no complaints other than the coach roaches and would stay again in a higher floor unit with no bugs. Premium units are worth the extra dollars - some of the other units have paint peeling and we read review comments about inferior interior furniture. This unit had a wonderful interior, nice furniture, a great view and easy access to the beach and pool.
Amazing views
This home had amazing views and was very clean - loved how they had the AC on and lights on to welcome us since we arrived late at night. I do wish they would do something about the bed! it is VERY HARD and squeaks SO LOUD every time you move it squeaks so it really keeps you up at night when all you want to hear is the waves! For an expensive room I really think they should upgrade the quality of this bed because sleep is SO important when you are on vacation.
We are grateful for this valuable feedback. We have carefully inspected the bed and, indeed, there was a squeak but that was a quick fix 🙂 A couple of bolts that connect the bed to the frame just needed to be tightened up. The mattress is in great condition.
A firm mattress is what most of our guests prefer. Our on site manager is available to you live 24/7 to respond within minutes to tighten a bolt, or provide a mattress topper, (for those few guests who prefer a soft mattress).

Great Place and experience! The only issue (a minor one at that) is that the Beach Access Path from the rest of the complex is directly adjacent to the unit so there is a steady flow of people coming and going to/from the beach below. Again, great unit and visit and will book it again if available.
Unbeliveable location, Gorgeous home!
My husband and I celebrated our 35th anniversary (without our six kiddos!) with a six night stay at this beautiful home in Kapalua. It was a splurge but worth it! Regarding the setting, there just isn't anything like it. The pictures are accurate and then some. It was rainy and a bit windy at times, but that did not dampen our spirits. We would eat breakfast in the upstairs bedroom sitting in the two comfy chairs, gazing out at whale spouts. (Don't miss the was even more spectaculer than the sunsets...) In the evenings, we'd sip wine on the lanai and enjoy the pies we picked up from Leodas. We thought that we would cook, and certainly could have in the well-stocked kitchen, but there were so many awesome restaurant choices.(Plantation House, Feast at Lele, Pineaplle Grill, Merrimans, and a trip over to Mamma's Fish House.) Regarding customer service, it was fine but I'd make a few suggestions, as we have stayed at other beautiful places. (It may be that this home is new to the rental market and there just getting organized...) With such a high-end property, having more than a one page check-in sheet would have been nice...though it was good summary. A binder that was more personalized and had suggestions would have been great...church services locally, Honolua Store hours, restaurants, maps of the Kapalua and Napili area, etc.) Guest books for folks to sign are neat too. (At a home in Princeville our family was greeted with a welcome text, a lovely flower arrangement and handwritten note...what a fun way to start an adventure!) Kapalua, and this home, were an amzing place to stay, particularly for a couple. We would come back here in a heartbeat!
