Relaxing villa in the Kapalua area. Proximity to scenic Kapalua hiking trail. Views of Molokai, Kapalua Bay and the Ritz Carlton. Would stay here again.

Would stay here again. Beautiful view from patio deck. Enjoyed eating out on patio and the view. Close to beach, you do have to drive to it. Parking is available, but not a lot of spots. Close to Bay course. Loved having two bathrooms and the unit was spacious.

This villa is beautifully appointed and comfortable with an INCREDIBLE view. We saw numerous whales from the deck…amazing! We love the quiet neighborhood and well-kept grounds. A great escape from the busy resort areas down the road. The kitchen has what we needed for breakfasts and a couple dinners. Some simple spices might be nice. Very simple check-in/out process. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The place was as advertised. Very clean. Would recommend without hesitation. The view from the lanai is to die for. This is an excellent choice for a Kapalua vacation.

We stayed for 8 nights and the views from this condo were beautiful. The condo has all the supplies needed to cook in. The only down part of the stay was that the location was not convenient, you have to drive to the local beaches, stores etc. The only other thing we were looking forward to was a hot tub, they don't have one on these premises.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely condo for a week just before Christmas. The view as you walk in is amazing. The condo is beautifully kept. Very clean and organized. It has pretty much anything you might need. We did have a few cool/windy days and would love you have found a lap blanket so that we could snuggle on the sofa. The rental process was very easy.

The condo was simply fantastic. We have stated at this condo before and will again (soon). All the amenities of home, breathtaking views from the Lani and convenience of the market store within walking distance. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were perfect!

Very clean and comfortable.

Villa for Two in Kapalua was perfect for a couple. Views were awesome and the managers were responsive and very accommodating. The villa needs more comfortable furniture as the couch and chairs in the living room were too hard and we never spent any time there. TVs need updating and the kitchen had virtually no supplies so we never cooked in. Master suite was very nice.

We stayed at Kapalua Ridge before and loved it so much we decided to come back for a long post-lockdown break. Great location, away from big crowds of Kaanapali. Walking distance to multiple beaches. The view from the balcony is amazing. The place is nicely renovated, clean, had everything we needed. Communication with the management was timely and efficient. Overall, highly recommended.

Loved this one bedroom in the wonderful Kapalua resort. It is easy to get around the resort with great restaurants, beaches and walking trails. Nicely outfitted kitchen if you need a break from dining out. Worked so well for the two of us.

Our getaway was made very pleasant and comfortable by the spacious, airy unit 1721. The ocean view is much lovelier than depicted in the photo. The property manager’s office was very helpful getting us settled in initially. We were especially glad to have the convenience of the 2nd full bath and washer/dryer.

Easy, incredible location! Hope to rent it again in two years 

Our most recent stay in this Kapalua Ridge Villa condo was the third time we have chosen to rent this particular unit during a visit to Maui.

The proximity to the Kapalua Golf Courses (Plantation & Bay Courses), the gorgeous ocean views (Whale-Watching from the deck!), walks along the beach and ocean paths, great restaurants within walking distance (Merriman's, Sensei, Ritz-Carlton Resort), the peaceful, quiet setting and the short driving distance to Kaanapali and Lahaina all combine to make this our favorite place to stay in one of our favorite vacation destinations in the world.

As for this unit itself, the cleanliness is impeccable. The unit has all of the amenities you could need, including a well-equipped kitchen and a very comfortable master suite. We prefer to enjoy breakfast at our leisure and often lunch prepared in the unit with groceries purchased close-by in Napili.

We have also enjoyed the ease and economy of inter-island travel with flights from the nearby Kapalua Airport (Mokele Airlines). As for the convenience of air travel to & from Maui, served by the major air carriers, it's a scenic 45-minute drive from the Kahului Airport.

Lastly, but certainly importantly, Aloha Vacation Villas is consistently a pleasure to do business with when planning our vacation trips to Maui. The can answer any pre-trip questions you may have and they are extremely responsive to any service needs once you've arrived.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this location- we were very close to a beach, a coastal trail, and a pool. The lanai was fabulous- we were able to sit outside every day to enjoy the ocean view. The one major negative was that the water pipes shrieked every time the water ran (in the kitchen, bathroom, shower) for long periods of time- it was so loud, we cannot call it whistling or singing. We would still recommend this location because of the other positive factors.

Best 8 days I had in years! I ABSOLUTELY loved where we stayed. The view is soooooo beautiful and peaceful to look at all day! I will definitely be back to stay at this condo again! Words of advice to the next guest...love this place, and appreciate it like we did. Your stay will be amazing!

Breath taking to say the least. The unit sits on top of the hill looking over the amazing ocean. Amenities were perfect and bed very comfortable. Enjoyed the ability to walk to Kapalua store as well as several beaches. Would definitely rent this condo again, next year. Thank you for providing amazing memories!

Everything about this villa is incredible. I’ve been coming to Maui for about 30 years and have stayed in many many Villas at Kapalua, this is one of the nicest. The views from the living room, kitchen, and dining room are incredible. The bed is super comfortable.

The only negative (and it’s super minor) is that the pool is a bit of a distance from the room.

Everything was fantastic.

We spent a week in your villa and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. A little tip for those of you who are new to this property. Just as the sun is setting walk up on the golf course that is close to roadway, you will not be disappointed.

Rob and his management company are excellent. I can think of only a few minor improvements: 1) more towel bars and 2) a rubber mat under the living room rug so it doesn't slide.

Our unit was superb well appointed and clean.

There is no other way to describe it other than to say its fabulous! It's well equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. The view is incredible but you should know that the unit is high on the ridge and an uphill return climb if you decide to walk to the beach. No problem, you can call a shuttle to take you to any of three beaches or take an easier walk to D.T. Fleming beach park. Everything was in good working order but the shower heads could use replacing. There are coolers and beach chairs for your use. If you rent this place, please treat it nice, because the rest of us would like to return someday. Kudos to the rental agency for being flexible with our dates due to Hurricane Lane.

This is the third time I have stayed in this area, in these condos but this was, by far, the best experience to date! This place has an AMAZING view and is nice and clean! I would recommend this to anyone that wants an amazing stay in a beautiful place!

We’ve stayed at the Kapalua Resort Villas many times over the years and found this unit to be the best one yet. The property management is very organized and provide you with detailed instructions to the property, dining suggestions, concierge services for activities and best of all...direct access to the property without having to first check-in with the front desk, which is really nice after a long flight and drive from the airport. Location could not have been any better as it is located near the end of a cul-de-sac at one of the highest points on the resort that provided incredible views, peace and quiet. The property was spacious and clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were very well done and furnishings were modern and comfortable, although a large sectional sofa with a more comfortable pull-out bed would have been nice. A couple of chairs and snorkel masks are conveniently provided along with umbrella, cooler and towels...everything you’d need for nice days at the beach. If more inclined to use the pool, it’s only a short walk away. We loved this place and would book it again our next time on the island.

We stayed here for a week and felt right at home. Beautiful villa with a breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean, Molokai and well beyond. This villa was extremely comfortable and conveniently located. We were steps from the scenic Kapalua Ocean Trail, and nearby to Kapalua Bay and other beaches. Such an unforgettable and romantic time and stay. Loved the bathrooms, and bedroom! The kitchen was awesome for preparing meals. The washer and dryer was convenient. Happy we had AC in both the bedroom and living room. We will definitely stay here again!!

Aloha Vacation Villas has consistently been our go-to vacation rental company for years. Vickie and her staff go above & beyond to take care of their guests. I can't recommend them highly enough! Our villa was lovely- the only downside was the needs to be a little firmer for our taste.

We have stayed in this condo 4 times and enjoy it every time. Extra towel rods (even above an existing rod) would be nice - in both bathrooms. A rubber-like mat under the LR rug would help to keep it in place and last longer. Please remove the glass panel and at least some of the vertical slats on the left side of the large lanai - it has been done on nearby condos. Property was very clean except for the aforementioned glass panel, kitchen window and sliding glass door. Would love to have a DVR.

Location is as good as it gets. Peaceful and quiet part of Maui, but still convenient to most if not all of your needs -- especially great restaurants and beaches.

VERY nice condo that is clean and comfortable. The view of Honolua Bay is breath-taking. The AC unit in the main living area had an issue that was immediately fixed the next day. Mahalo.

Third year we have rented this unit. 2018 will be the fourth year. Obviously, we love it. Only criticism is the wooden slats on the south portion of the lanai that block a southerly view. If they were removed, the unit would be perfect. Other units have done that in order to enhance the view from the lanai. Property managers are great and very accommodating.

Really pleased with the unit we rented. The view was great, from Molokai to Lipoa Point; the only downside of a north view, of course, was the lack of any sunset view at all. The unit was in very good condition; the bed, although it creaked alarmingly whenever we got into it, proved surprisingly comfortable. The kitchen was very functional, though missing some pans and utensils that would have been helpful (lids for pans, etc.). One downside was that the nearest gas grill was two roads away, downhill; the grill worked very well and was in excellent condition, but that's a long hike back up the stairs with food cooling on a plate. The bathrooms were clean and functional, and having a washer and dryer was a real help. The Internet and TV worked fine, and it was handy to have Netflix and Amazon built-in to the TV, but a DVD player would have been useful. The pool we used was in great shape. The resort shuttle was a great help in getting to the beaches and local restaurants, especially given the limited beach parking, though their estimates of the time before pick-up were very variable; "be there in 10-15 minutes" turned out to be "already waiting outside" once but a 50 minute wait on another occasion. Having beach chairs, coolers, an umbrella and snorkel gear provided was a great bonus!

Villa was renovated fine, EXCEPT bed had a worn out matress! Also, ac unit below bedroom is a nuisance!

Beautiful area, loved the Kapalua location, and the units at The Ridge come with spectacular ocean views. The unit is reasonably spacious, well appointed and very clean. We were very pleased when we walked in and with our stay. Great variety of beaches to choose from on this side of the island. Some “good to know” items; the air conditioner unit is distractingly loud when it runs and drains; the bed mattress is very soft, the lanai could use high bistro style stools as the guardrail partially obstructs the view when sitting in lower chairs; no Jacuzzi at the pool area; if you need a late check-out time, you will get charged, no flexibility. All that being said, overall, this place is a great value compared to the luxury hotels, and we are glad we chose this versus a hotel resort.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Ridge! Originally we wanted an oceanfront resort hotel but decided to try The Ridge Villas instead and i'm so glad we did. The property is immaculate and the grounds are very well kept. The ocean view was mesmerizing and we feel sorry for the masses of people staying at hotels. This felt like home and we will definitely be back. We were pleased with the updated and tasteful interior decor - the layout of this condo is fantastic - wide open kitchen/dinning/living with bedroom and 2 bathrooms tucked away in private. While the villa has a beautiful view, it is on the very back of the property so for those wanting a "closer" ocean experience, they may prefer a villa closer to the front of the Ridge (this didn't bother us tho). Also, the staff (and Victoria from the rental office) are fantastic, friendly and very helpful.

This was our 1st trip to Maui. The condo was very clean, had nice dishes and appliances, a/c worked well, and it was nice there was a couple small coolers, beach chairs and umbrella for us to use. Nice quiet neighborhood right on the golf course with a great ocean view. 10- 15 minute walk to Kapalua or Napili bay. We loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ridge 1721 - it was very clean, modern and well supplied - eg -towels, paper products. We did call for extra laundry soap which was delivered to the condo right away. The view off the lanai was beautiful - so nice to sit and enjoy it. Only suggestion if maybe could get chairs that sit up higher or change the railing on the lanai to see through material so you don't have an obstructive railing view while sitting. The property is meticulously maintained - workers are very pleasant and will stop working with trimmers etc. when you walk by. We would totally recommend this property to friends or family.

Very clean, attractively furnished unit. Spacious, well appointed kitchen. Air conditioned, however we did not use it - preferring to let nature's air conditioning keep us comfortable! Chose this unit for the view and we were very pleased. Watched the whale show daily. Walking distance from all 4 beaches, although we drove to Kapalua as we did not want to carry our towels and chairs back up the hill. Loved Kapalua - it is quiet, serene and far from the madness and crowds of other tourist areas of Maui.

The villa was absolutely perfect for us. It was spacious, clean, and had all of the amenities we needed. We stayed for our wedding week, and it was the perfect choice. Everything is renovated, and we appreciated the quiet of Kapalua. The owner and management company were easy to work with and responsive. You should absolutely stay here!

We rented this unit in mid-September after carefully reviewing other available condos in Kapalua. We liked The Ridge location as it offered great views at a lower price than the Bay Villas. This condo had been updated and was absolutely beautiful and perched nicely on the hillside looking to the northwest. We liked the decor and having two full baths in addition to the updated kitchen and other living areas. The winds are ever present but it was also great to have air conditioning for sleeping as the highs were in the upper 80's to 90 degrees. The location of this unit toward the end of a lane was very quiet yet convenient. A five minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the general store where we bought meals to go and staples. Unit has all you need to cook though we did little of that. We had only one small issue (code for door did not work on our arrival) but I texted Jake who gave us a new code and we were in within 2 minutes. All in all this is a terrific unit in a great location and we would heartily recommend it.

The condo was fantastic! I've stayed at several places in the Ridge, and this was fantastic! It was fully updated, beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. The furniture was nice, with all of the electronics working great. The location was a bit high to walk to the beach on a hot/humid day but it was possible. The view was great, with a nice breeze on the patio. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone, and Vicky was great to work with.

We loved the condo- the view was beautiful- the condo was beautiful,clean and met all our needs. bed and pillows were perfect. slept well every night. location was good for us- no noise- just the ocean and birds. Likes the local restaurants and shops. travelled all over the island. didn't miss much. i didn't use the property mgmt at all- they did bring fresh towels mid stay.

tv does not record so we missed our favorite programs while in maui and the air conditioner in bedroom is extremely loud. the wind blows quite strong when doors are open because the condo is facing north. view is very nice

Over the past 20 years have visited Hawaii many times. This year we decided to go back to Kapulua and for the first time rented a condo through VBRO. Knowing Kapulua well, we knew the location, how most condo's are decorated, and for the most part, what to expect. We are very statified with this rental. It was very modern and clean on the inside and the view was awesome. It's location is excellent, with easy walks to the Honolua Store, Sansei Sushi (the best), The Ritz and the Montage. The Rental process was seemless and easy, and the unit was super clean on arrival and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Best unit we have ever rented in Hawaii.

Great! A few changes and it would be perfect! The vertical slats (& glass panel) on left side of the lanai block much of the ocean view. Other nearby units have removed all or most of their slats and the glass. Desk in LR should be in opposite corner - near the lanai. Then LR seating area could be centered in front of TV. MBR has a privacy problem & awkward TV placement. Bed is visible from neighbor's kitchen window. We had to close shades of sliding glass doors for privacy. Currently the TV juts into bedroom entry area. Move bed to wall on right. Put dresser against the former "bed wall" & within 1 foot or so of the sliding glass doors. Then TV can sit on left half of the dresser. You can display my name, but please change state AZ to AR.

We could not have had a better vacation.

We stayed in this property for 6 nights at the end of our honeymoon. What a beautiful spot! Great location and amenities, awesome to have washer/dryer. Hard to beat value as compared to hotel properties or other vacation rentals.

We loved our experience in staying here. The villa is lovely...though it is not "right on the water", it has an amazing, sweeping view of the ocean. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The condo itself is very "classy". (I loved that all the lights had dimmer switches - great for creating the perfect mood.) Just a couple of recommendations: the mattress in the master is not a comfortable one (too soft/saggy, would benefit from a box spring), carpet in master needs cleaning, living room couch not comfortable (foam cushions). Despite these last recommendations, I would stay here again in a minute! We truly enjoyed ourselves in this Maui paradise!

The condo is updated, spacious and well maintained. The view is spectacular! We enjoyed a "home away from home" feel, with enough room for my family of four to feel comfortable. Had one small maintenance issue which was addressed and taken care of immediately. The condo, grounds and pool were all spotless. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves which was a really nice change over the crowded resorts we have stayed at in the past. My only "complaint" would be that the living room furniture was not very comfortable (but we didn't spend a lot of time on it) and that we could not get the internet to work regardless of how many times we reset the router. Other than that, we were very happy & would definitely rent again and have & will recommend to friends.

this is our 6th or 7th stay at the Villas and it is one of the best places on earth.

We were very happy with the condo and location in Kapalua. The condo was in excellent condition and had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to the local beaches and short drive to both the Plantation and Bay Golf courses. The view from the lanai is beautiful with unobstructed views to the ocean. We also enjoyed how quiet and private the Ridge Villas were as we had previously stayed in Kaanapali and didn't care for the high rise hotels and traffic. This was a perfect location and I would definitely return when we plan another Maui vacation!

Beautiful, like-new condo in pristine area of Kapalua. Quiet, comfortable, roomy 1-bedroom, 2 bath. Should provide complete cleaning service for every 10 days of stay, plus more cleaning supplies for guests.

More than we expected. A bit windy at times but comes with the season. Fabulous eating places, magnificent views and the whale shows from balcony were fantastic. Weather was warm and all we really needed was shorts in the daytime. Maui should be on everyone's bucket list.

Condo was nicely updated. Comfortable bed, nicely updated baths and kitchen. Living room area rather dark-poor lighting. No instructions or guide for tv. Ridge villas tend to be affected more by wind. Perfect area (Kapalua) for golfer! Convenient walk to Honoloua Store & beach. Recommend Sansei Restaurant.

This location is perfect. Very quiet area. Easy access by shuttle to just about anywhere. Not affiliated with The Ritz Carlton. Must drive or shuttle to local beaches, not bad. Villa is very comfortable and quiet inside. Kitchen has everything to prepare meals. Having a washer and dryer was perfect, that way you do not have to bring as many clothes. Much better than staying at a hotel. The condo needs to have beach chairs and a umbrella to borrow for the beaches. Overall it is a great place to stay. P.S. While we were on a beach in Kaanapali, a couple were leaving the Island and gave use 2 chairs and umbrella they had bought. We left them in the closet by the refrigerator. You are welcome.

My husband and I were very happy with our stay at this condo. It is perfectly perched on top of a hill overlooking the ocean and beautiful surroundings. Very clean and comfortable space with modern amenities. Highly recommend! We will be back!

This was our 3rd stay at Kapalua - have stayed in Ridge Villa twice - could not be more perfect. Extremely nice villa, newly done, very clean. Quiet - felt as though we were the only ones there. Best view we have ever had. Beautifully decorated with extremely nice furnishings, kitchenware, appliances. Best of the best! Would stay here again!

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Ridge in Kapalua and we were pleasantly surprised. The location was perfect, the rental was gorgeous and the view was spectacular. We had a minor hiccup the first day we arrived in Maui, and Aloha Vacation Villa's rectified it immediately. The unit we stayed in was brand new, clean and had more amenities than expected. I have never stayed anywhere before where paper towels, lots of toilet paper and laundry detergent was provided. I know it's not a big deal, but these are the little things that I wish other rental owners would do. I would highly recommend any rental from Aloha Vacation Villas at Kapalua Bay. You can't go wrong. If you like golf, the beach, great food and/or amazing views this place is for you.

My wife and I enjoyed this beautiful, spotless, condo for a week to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary. The condo is most certainly better than advertised. Great location, wonderful views, and an extremely well-appointed living arrangement. We have zero complaints and would not hesitate to recommend this condo to our family and friends.

This is a newly remodeled unit in Kapalua Ridge and they did an excellent job! It's truly a beautiful unit, brand new appliances, furniture, towels, dishes, etc. The view is excellent from this top floor location and it's just a short walk to the pool/BBQ clubhouse. The only constructive feedback would be that the living room furniture, while very attractive, is not comfortable and there was no welcoming package of any kind (i.e. instructions for TV/electronics, appliances, etc.; local restaurants, activity guides etc., a pineapple or chocolate macadamias, etc.). We were fine without these items since we've visited the island so many times, but for guests who are visiting the island for 1st time, it's most helpful and convenient to have some island info in your condo.
