We are a family-owned business that grew organically through our great love for Kapalua Bay and West Maui. We had made the area our vacation destination of choice for most of our lives until one day, we decided to put down roots and call this tropical paradise home.

Over the course of frequent visits, we came to know many of the homeowners in the Kapalua resort and looked forward to seeing them each year. When they learned we would be permanent residents, things naturally progressed to the point where we kept watch over their prized investments.

We proudly oversee more than 50+ privately owned homes in Kapalua and continue to welcome new guests and homeowners to manage their vacation homes. Our focus is vacation rental management and hospitality, providing one-on-one customer service to our guests and homeowners at the highest level.

Homeowner Relations:

  • Homeowners enjoy the attention and care our properties receive. Experienced housekeeping and maintenance teams, as well as our quality control inspectors, routinely inspect our owners’ properties. Additionally, homeowners are set up with a personalized account which gives easy access to monthly statements, occupancy reports, upcoming reservations, and guest information.

Quality Control:

  • Our Quality Control Team performs quality inspections prior to each check-in. Additionally, this team takes a regular inventory of supplies and maintenance needs for each property owner. Our Quality Control Team makes it their mission to exceed the expectations of each one of our guests.
